Today's generation of young people is the largest ever in Ghana's history and yet, policies for the social sectors often fail to properly target them or analyse their unique priorities and needs.

The purpose of this report is to help identify priorities for the programming of IBIS in Ghana in the area of youth development. However, we hope that the recommendations will be useful - and used - by the wider civil society and NGOs working in Ghana and beyond.
